We are a type of long-term care facility for elderly or disable people who are able to get around on their own, but may need help with some of activities of daily living. The home care workers provides and coordinates individualize care and resources to elders, disable and others so that they may continue to live in the community. We prepare meals and health and wellness related activities. We also maintain confidential files, and will prepare and present reports and information as required. We will ensure that all home care is provided in a caring and respectful way in keeping with all relevant policies and procedures per ORS standards.

We provide assisted living services to resident with basic ADL's(Activities of daily living) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and medication assistance. We offer a more home like atmosphere. We have private and semi-private rooms. We consult with family members and other support is on-going and that all client needs are identified and met. We encourage client and families to be involved in care if appropriate. Advocate on behalf of client for additional services and resources as required.
